RESERVATION POLICIES:
Rates (plus tax) for the California Suite 330, and the Urban Suite 331 are based on a maximum of double occupancy including children.

Rates (plus tax) for the Cayucos Suite 230, the Cabana Suite 231, the Chateau Suite 224, and the Oriental Suite 225 are based on occupancy of up to 4 guests including children. $25 per night per person is charged for guests exceeding 4 for all nights during the reservation period, regardless of number of nights extra guests actually stay. The number of suite guests staying overnight cannot exceed the maximum capacity stated in the “Suites” tool bar.

Rates (plus tax) for the Executive Suite 220 is based on an occupancy of 2 guests including children. $50 per night per person is charged for guests exceeding 2. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests.

The Cayucos Suite 230 is handicap accessible and the Cayucos Suite 230, the Cabana Suite 231, and the Executive Suite 220 can be entered without stairs. The Cayucos Suite 230 and the Cabana Suite 231 also welcome a pet. Pets are counted as a “person” occupant.

Generally, 2 night minimum stay is required for weekends during high season, holidays, and special events.

Check in between 3:00p.m. and 4:00p.m.; however if your suite is ready you may check-in any time after 1:00p.m. Late arrivals are not a problem… just let us know in advance. Check out is 11:00a.m.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:
At the time of making your reservation, 50% of the total cost is charged to a M/C, Visa, or Discover card. For those nights canceled or reduced thereafter that are re-booked, the credit card is refunded for the amount charged minus a $50 processing fee. For nights not re-booked, the credit card charge is forfeited.

The entire Hotel or individual Suites are available for tour groups and special events such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate board meetings, reunions, workshop, retreats and professional meetings. Inquire about special rates and additional fees for such events. Failure to arrange for unregistered occupants or damage to a suite authorizes management to charge the registered guest’s credit card for additional lodging, repair, and/or cleaning costs.
